HEALTH AND COMMUNITY RESOURCES ARE INTIMATELY CONNECTED.

The Izumi Foundation looks forhow we work 3 promising, practical innovations that reduce the burden of infectious disease while also strengthening the ability of communities to keep children and families healthy. Our aim is to do as much as possible, with limited resources, to improve the health outcomes of people living in the most impoverished areas of Africa, Central America, and South America.

The Izumi Foundation provides resources to organizations that share its commitment to delivering lasting, cost-effective improvements that build local health care capacity. We are especially interested in projects that advance maternal and child health.
